Delete your Huppy account

Two ways, both free. Deletion is permanent after a 30-day grace period.

In the app

Open Settings, then Delete account. Your account closes at once and a 30-day grace period starts. Sign in again during those 30 days if you change your mind; after that, your account, your log, your documents and your profile are deleted from our systems, and they fall out of backups within a further 7 days.

By email

Write to hello@huppy.io from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm it is you. The same 30-day grace period applies.

What is deleted, and what may be kept

Everything in your account goes: account details, profile, every entry, every document you sent, WhatsApp messages and consents. We may keep what the law requires us to keep, records needed to address fraud or abuse, and a record of the deletion request itself, as the privacy policy describes. If you want a copy first, use Export your data in Settings before you delete.
